Katja of Sweden Design – Pure Happiness

After three months without a home I could finally move in to my newly built house. This was three weeks ago and I still unpack boxes of things. Last weekend I realised I have not missed all those cloths, books and kitchen stuff that I was trying to find space for. The only cloths I was truly happy to hang in to my walk-in-closet were dresses by Katja of Sweden. Even though I won’t be able to wear many of them in my work, it was still pure joy to see them again. The colours and the prints make you happy. Many of the modern Scandinavian design cloths of today are pale and rather boring, without personality. Katja’s design are not. I realised I need to stop shopping all things I actually don’t need, but Katja of Sweden design are not one of those.

My interest in Katja of Sweden started with a passion in art, vintage, retro, design and fashion. Katja of Sweden is part of Swedish fashion history and she was a great designer of international standard. Katja's life was like a saga, hence the name of the blog. Katja was the start of my journey to get inspired by people who stand out and create their own future and business. Good values, hard work and some luck has created good artists that inspire us all.
